COBENIAN STEWARD

Stay on top of your business—even when you're heads-down on client work

You run the business and do the work. Steward is the assistant you'd hire if you could: it watches your calendar, your invoices, your time, and who's gone quiet—then hands you the follow-up already written.

Built by the same team that's been solving complex business problems since 2012.

14 days free. No credit card. 5 minutes to your first briefing. We never read your email body.

THE PROBLEM

The business doesn't stop while you're billing hours

Clients go quiet

And nobody notices until they're gone. The check-in that would have saved the account never got sent.

Invoices age

You were busy. Nobody chased them. Sixty days became ninety.

Hours go unbilled

The work happened. The timer didn't. That's revenue you already earned and won't see.

Follow-ups slip

The proposal, the check-in, the thank-you that would have won the next job.

You've already tried the alternatives. CRMs want data entry—you set one up, used it two weeks, stopped. Zapier wants rigid rules—it can't notice "this client is unusually quiet." ChatGPT waits for you to ask. None of them are watching your business while you work.

HOW IT WORKS

Watch. Notice. Propose. You approve.

Every night—and immediately when something urgent happens—Steward reviews what changed, weighs it against the objectives you set, and puts a short list of ready-to-act items on your screen.

01

It watches

Calendar, QuickBooks, Harvest, and email activity—through connections you approve, one click each.

02

It notices

Against what's normal for that client. Not a rule you wrote—a pattern it learned.

03

It proposes

A short list each morning, with the email, invoice, or meeting already drafted.

04

You approve

One click. Or raise its autonomy on the kind of work you've come to trust.

It acts. It doesn't just report.

Drafts, not alerts

Every item arrives with the email already written, the invoice already prepared, the meeting already proposed. A dashboard tells you something is wrong. Steward hands you the fix.

No data entry. Ever.

It reads the tools you already use. Nothing to maintain, no pipeline to groom, no dashboard you have to remember to open.

You approve everything

Nothing leaves your business without your click—until you decide to raise its autonomy on a particular kind of work, and only that work.

It learns your normal

How often each client emails, how they pay, when they go quiet. That's why "ACME has gone quiet" is a real insight instead of a rule you had to write.

It shows its own value

Every action is tracked to an outcome, so you can see what Steward earned or protected—not just what it did.

It works where you are

The briefing lands in your inbox. Approvals happen in Slack or Teams. You don't have to adopt a new place to work.

It plugs into what you already run

Google Workspace

Gmail activity and Calendar—meeting context, drafting, scheduling.

Microsoft 365

Outlook and Calendar, the same way.

QuickBooks Online

Invoices and customers—what's overdue, what's collectible.

Harvest

Time logged, hours unbilled, budget burn.

Slack

Ask and approve without leaving chat.

Microsoft Teams

Same assistant, same approvals, in Teams.

Signing in with Google or Microsoft is the signup. QuickBooks and Harvest are one-click connections you can add later—or never.

PRICING

Steward isn't sold on its own

One seat gets your person the whole Cobenian suite—Steward and every Panel instrument, plus whatever we ship next.

$49 per seat
per month

Includes $20 of AI usage per seat, pooled across your team. Past that you pay our cost plus 15%—and only if you choose to. You set a monthly cap and we stop before crossing it.

  • Steward, everything on this page
  • Panel, every instrument you turn on
  • Every connection, no integration fees
  • 14 days free, no credit card

Do you read my email?

No. Steward sees who wrote, when, and about what subject—never the body of your incoming or outgoing mail.

What happens at the cap?

Steward stops before it crosses the line you set, and tells you. It doesn't quietly keep spending and hand you the bill.

What if the trial ends?

If you haven't added a card, your account pauses. Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted—add one whenever you're ready.

What if I want to leave?

Cancel yourself, any time. Delete your account and your data goes with it.
