COBENIAN PANEL
One place for the tools that don't deserve their own app
Every business needs a handful of narrow, specific tools: a queue for client requests, a way to collect documents, something watching for the thing that's about to break. Each is too small to justify another vendor, another login, another security review.
Panel is where those tools live. We call each one an instrument.
Five point tools, or one Panel
FIVE SEPARATE TOOLS
- Five logins your team keeps track of
- Five invoices your bookkeeper reconciles
- Five security reviews and vendor questionnaires
- Five answers to "where does our data live?"
- The sixth tool means another procurement cycle
- Need something none of them do? Build it yourself
ONE PANEL
- One login
- One invoice
- One security review
- One answer
- The sixth tool is a switch we flip
- Need something new? We build it as an instrument
THE INSTRUMENTS
Find the sentence that sounds like your week
Each instrument exists because a real business kept losing the same hour. Turn on the ones that match; ignore the rest. They all cost the same: nothing extra.
“Requests come in through five inboxes and we lose them.”
Cases
One queue for tickets, service calls, approvals, and findings. Email lands in it, it gets assigned, answered, and closed—and every case keeps its full history. The thing that lives in someone's personal inbox today becomes something your whole team can see.
“We found out three days too late. Again.”
Early Warning
It learns what normal looks like for each thing it watches—a machine, a location, a job, a customer—then tells you when the pattern breaks, with an explanation of what changed and why it matters. Not a threshold you had to guess at. Not an alarm you'll learn to ignore.
“The same twelve steps, every single time.”
Autopilot
Write the playbook once; it runs when the conditions occur. You decide how far it may go alone—propose only, act within a budget, or act freely on the steps you've come to trust. Every run is logged, and it stops at the line you drew.
“Chasing clients for information takes four emails and a week.”
Gather Information
Send one link. Your client answers by conversation instead of fighting a form—it asks follow-ups when an answer is vague, and it doesn't let them quit halfway and leave you guessing. Onboarding questionnaires, intake, annual updates, document requests.
“I know I should follow up with people. I don't.”
Outreach
It watches your real relationships—who you've worked with, who's gone quiet, what changed at their company—and proposes who's worth a note this week, drafted for that specific person. Never a blast. Never sent without you.
“Somebody has to sort the queue every morning.”
Groundskeeper
It does the sorting: routing, triage, tagging, chasing the ones going stale. It writes down every decision and the reason for it, so you can read a week of its work in two minutes and correct it where it was wrong—which is how it gets better.
“The recurring stuff only happens when someone remembers.”
Upkeep
The monthly, quarterly, and annual work that keeps the business tidy—done on schedule, with every action gated, logged, and undoable. You keep the judgment; it keeps the calendar.
“We billed it, but I can't prove where the hours went.”
Time & billing
Track time against clients and projects, turn it into invoices, and keep every hour traceable back to who did what and when—so an invoice question takes a minute to answer instead of an afternoon.
ON THE ROADMAP
Cash, invoices, runway
Before it goes over
Review, sign, collect
Calendar, reservations, dispatch
Programs, roster, registration
Shipped, current, and safe?
Specced and designed. Ask us where each one sits on the schedule—and tell us which one you'd use, because that moves it up.
What you can't get from five separate vendors
The second tool is nearly free
You bought one instrument. The next is a switch we flip—not a procurement cycle, not a new security review, not another line on the card.
Automation you can govern
Instruments that act do it under explicit gates: a permission for every operation, a budget for how much they may do, a full ledger of every decision, an undo, and a kill switch.
Your AI can use it too
Completed instruments expose a REST API, signed webhooks, and an MCP surface—so your own AI assistant can read and act under the same permissions and audit trail as a person.
Nothing goes out without you
Draft-before-send is a rule of the platform, not a setting buried in one tool.
It reads what you already run
QuickBooks, Harvest, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, GitHub—connected once, used by any instrument that needs them.
If it doesn't exist, we build it
A custom instrument arrives inside the Panel you already use, with the API, audit log, permissions, and kill switch already in place. Custom software without owning a custom application.
PRICING
Panel isn't priced per instrument
One seat gets your person the whole Cobenian suite—every Panel instrument and Steward, plus whatever we ship next. Turning on the fifth instrument doesn't change your bill.
per month
Includes $20 of AI usage per seat, pooled across your team. Past that you pay our cost plus 15%. You set a monthly cap and we stop before crossing it.
- ✓Every instrument you turn on—no per-tool licences
- ✓Steward included in the same seat
- ✓New instruments arrive at no extra charge
- ✓Custom instruments quoted once, then included
Which instrument should we start with?
The one costing you the most time this month. Most firms start with Cases or Early Warning—then add a second within a few weeks, because it's free to try.
How long does setup take?
A 30-minute call to map the pain, then we enable the instruments and connect your systems with you on a call. Most teams are working the same week.
Can we get one built for us?
Yes—that's what Cobenian has always done. The difference is you get it as an instrument inside Panel rather than an application you now own and maintain.
Where does our data live?
One place, under your organization, with one identity and permission model. Ask us for the security overview.
Tell us what hurts. We'll tell you if we fit.
Send us the sentence that sounds like your week. We'll tell you which instrument it maps to—or say plainly that Panel isn't the right answer for it.
Email reaches a person, usually the one who'd do the work. We answer the same business day.
